Leadership Development Programs

The Rotary Club of Toronto Sunrise is proud to sponsor programs for youth leadership, and member development.  

 

Annually the club sponsors a youth to attend the Adventure in Citizenship program, a program designed to strength youth skills and networks in Ottawa.

 

Members are encouraged to participate in the Rotary District 7070 Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) training program.  Training consists of three, one day training sessions to increase member knowledge of Rotary, and to provide group workshops in applying member business skills to model community projects.

 

The club supports the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) program.  RYLA provides an opportunity for emerging youth leaders to strengthen their leadership skills through small group experiences.
