Vlad Litvinov - Transforming Faces Project Overview

The Rotary Club of Toronto Sunrise was pleased to have club member Vlad Litvinov as our guest speaker.  Vlad delivered an overview of the proposed Transforming Faces project including District and Global Grant applications which he is preparing on behalf of the project team.
